Senior QA Engineer

Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months and extendable.

Overview: Senior QA Engineer with Quality Assurance | Automation Testing, Quality Assurance | Manual Testing, Quality Assurance | Performance / Load Testing

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
Analyze requirement and technical spec and raise clarification
Prepare test plan & test strategy
Functional & Nonfunctional test case writing, execution & Defect management
Create and execute NFR strategy
Lead team for N-N testing, SIT and UAT
If automation;
- scripting and trouble shoot
- support to enhance the automation framework
- support to implement new tools & technologies
Responsible for overall quality of the product delivery
Lead review
Follow Agile process
On-time delivery
Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 4+ year(s) experience
4+ year(s) experience in software Engineering.
Good understanding on basic QA practice
Knowledge in testing concept and model
Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
Hands on experience in test automation tool (Selenium)
Understanding of CI/CD practice
Experience in non-functional testing
Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
