Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on sourcing high-quality talent across various functions and levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top talent using a variety of sourcing techniques, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support our hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across multiple functions.
- Use a mix of sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, internal databases, employee referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and personalized outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates fit with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate trackers.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
