The Senior Lead Pricing at ADL plays a critical role in shaping pricing strategies that align with ADL's innovative digital services and customer-centric approach. This position involves in-depth market analysis, developing dynamic pricing models, and advising on pricing policies that support ADL's competitive edge in digital transformation and customer experience solutions.

Responsibilities:
Preparing Commercial Proposals:

  • Prepare commercial proposals on time and accurately aligned to ADLs commercial strategies.
  • Follow ADL pricing policy and process to secure approvals and communicate commercial outputs to relevant stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and refine dynamic pricing models that align with ADL's business objectives and market dynamics.

Consultation and Advisory:

  • Provide expert pricing advice to internal stakeholders, guiding pricing decisions for new and existing products and services.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure pricing strategies complement product positioning and market entry.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights for pricing optimization and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform and adjust ADL's pricing strategies proactively.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Pricing Analysts and Market Research Specialists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure the professional development of team members aligning with ADL's strategic goals and industry best practices.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • A Masters degree in a related field and/or professional qualification such as CIMA, CA, CMA would be an added advantage.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in price or commercial management, pricing strategy, market analysis, or related fields, preferably in the IT or Telecommunications sector.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, market research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of the telecommunications and digital services industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex pricing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as MS Excel and Power BI.
