About the job Intern - Resource Management
This role involves managing resource pool, allocating for projects, identifying the critical skills of up-coming vacancies, etc.
The incumbent is expected to possess a strong understanding of attention to detail, and analytical skills, contributing significantly to ADL's operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Support
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as delivery teams, supply chain management and operations, to align resource management with overall business strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding resource allocation matters.
- Project Participation: Participate in project meetings, particularly those impacting work allocations.
- Data Management and Reporting Tools: Utilize and maintain resource data management and reporting tools for resource management.
Education and Experience
- Degree Qualification: Bachelors Degree in, Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field or any other relevant professional qualification.
Skills
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for interacting with different departments and stakeholders.
