We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals in a fast-paced tech environment. Youll work closely with leadership to drive performance, build culture, and support end-to-end employee experience across the talent lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and support recruitment through strategic sourcing, interviews, and offers.
  • Employee Experience: Lead onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to boost retention and culture.
  • Performance & Development: Support performance cycles, facilitate feedback sessions, and drive learning programs with the L&D team.
  • Engagement & Wellbeing: Plan team-building, recognition, and wellness activities to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Compensation Support: Assist with job evaluations, internal equity, and recognition programs.
  • People Insights: Share data-driven HR insights and updates with BU leaders and senior management.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner in a tech or digital-first environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR tools, systems, and data reporting
