Senior Architect - Systems & Solutions

Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months and extendable.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver enterprise-level systems and solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure the solutions you design meet security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and apply them to your work.
• Prioritize competing demands and allocate resources to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure the systems and solutions you design are integrated with the wider enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the solutions you design.
• Contribute to the development of architectural standards and best practices.
• Design and implement data architecture and management solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt in existing software systems & solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field. 
• 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and solutions design. 
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level systems and solutions. 
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and maintainability requirements. 
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services. Strong understanding of data architecture and management. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
