Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and management of documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards, and support basic data analysis to enable informed decision-making
  • Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives, including process alignment and improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required for HR operations
  • Offer general administrative and operational support to the HR Operations team as needed

Person Specifications

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment
