Key Responsibilities 

Training Programs & Facilitation

  • Support the rollout and coordination of structured training programs aligned with business and functional needs
  • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions (technical, soft skills,
    onboarding, and functional programs)
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge sharing sessions as assigned
  • Administer training evaluations and assessments to measure effectiveness

Content Creation, Training Materials & LMS Management

  • Develop engaging learning content including presentations, facilitator
    guides, learner workbooks, job aids, and microlearning modules
  • Manage and maintain all training materials, ensuring proper documentation and version control
  • Upload, configure, and update courses, learning paths, and certifications in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data, and certification
    tracking within the LMS

Career Development Support

  • Support the implementation of role-based learning pathways and structured development plans
  • Assist managers and employees in identifying learning interventions aligned with career progression goals

HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Track key learning metrics such as participation, completion rates, and
    assessment results
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on training activities and learning outcomes
  • Analyze feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement of training initiatives.

Person Specifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training
    delivery, digital learning, or a related HR function
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business
    Management, or a related field
  • Certified Trainer or equivalent training/facilitation certification is an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in content development, LMS administration, and
    conducting training programs
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools
  • Understanding of content creation for learning and development (e-learning, facilitator guides, microlearning, job aids)
