Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Training Management
- Track, record, and maintain data on all trainings, workshops, and Tech Talks
- Update training plans and monitor employee progress
- Support in closing completed trainings by ensuring documentation and data accuracy
Mandatory Training Coordination
- Conduct timely follow-ups with employees on mandatory training completion
- Maintain and update trackers to ensure compliance requirements are met
Certification Management
- Track all employee certifications and upcoming renewals
- Liaise with partners such as Google, AWS, Azure, and Huawei to meet certification requirements and coordinate learning journeys
Research & Content Support
- Research new training models, learning methodologies, and industry trends
- Explore e-learning modules to be hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide input for improving learning pathways and digital learning content
Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Support the planning and logistics of culture-related events and engagement activities
- Assist in driving initiatives that strengthen organizational values and employee experience
Person Specifications
- Undergraduate in HR, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and organizational culture
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn with a "can do attitude"
