Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Training Management

  • Track, record, and maintain data on all trainings, workshops, and Tech Talks
  • Update training plans and monitor employee progress
  • Support in closing completed trainings by ensuring documentation and data accuracy

Mandatory Training Coordination

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with employees on mandatory training completion
  • Maintain and update trackers to ensure compliance requirements are met

Certification Management

  • Track all employee certifications and upcoming renewals
  • Liaise with partners such as Google, AWS, Azure, and Huawei to meet certification requirements and coordinate learning journeys

Research & Content Support

  • Research new training models, learning methodologies, and industry trends
  • Explore e-learning modules to be hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide input for improving learning pathways and digital learning content

Culture & Engagement Initiatives

  • Support the planning and logistics of culture-related events and engagement activities
  • Assist in driving initiatives that strengthen organizational values and employee experience

Person Specifications

  • Undergraduate in HR, Business Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and organizational culture
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn with a "can do attitude"
