Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters
  • Coordinate and track the progress of assigned projects, ensuring timely updates, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting
  • Develop, review, and implement project proposals, project plans, work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, and effort/cost forecasts
  • Identify, manage, and prioritize interdependencies across multiple projects, particularly within IT digitalization and transformation programs, to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and other best practices
  • Ensure all project activities align with process and the documentation is consistently maintained, including project plans, reports, presentations
  • Assess and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring business continuity
  • Obtaining customer acceptance for all the agreed project deliverables
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement by capturing and balancing views to deliver optimal project outcomes
  • Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across the project teams by leveraging insights, retrospectives, and process audit feedback
  • Establish the change request process for all new scope deliverables, and track, update, and monitor change requests and their impact on the project timeline

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years of experience across the full SDLC lifecycle
  • Proven experience in managing IT digitalization and transformation initiatives is a strong advantage
  • Experience in hybrid delivery models using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • PMP, CSM, or ACP certifications will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project-related information
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to anticipate risks and make proactive decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships within the organization and with clients
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
