Key Responsibilities

Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle including opportunity sourcing, evaluation, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution
  • Identify and assess strategic acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities aligned with ADL's long-term growth strategy
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment appraisal for potential transactions
  • Manage due diligence processes including financial, legal, commercial, and operational assessments
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal, advisors, and counterparties to structure optimal deal outcomes
  • Support post-merger integration planning and ensure realization of expected synergies

Fundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Develop and execute capital raising strategies including debt financing, equity funding, and structured financing solutions
  • Lead engagement with banks, financial institutions, private equity investors, and strategic investors
  • Structure and negotiate credit facilities, investment agreements, and funding arrangements
  • Support the CFO in capital planning, liquidity management, and funding strategy for ADL and group entities
  • Prepare investment memoranda, board papers, and investor presentations

Strategic & Corporate Development

  • Support leadership in strategic planning and corporate growth initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and identify strategic expansion opportunities including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic investment decisions

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with CFO, CEO, Board, and senior leadership on strategic investment decisions
  • Manage relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, legal firms, and lenders
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across finance, legal, strategy, and operations to ensure smooth execution of transactions

  • Securing optimal funding structures to support company growth
  • Strengthening ADL's corporate development and capital strategy capabilities

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA, CFA, ACA, CIMA, CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Proven experience in deal structuring, valuation, negotiations, and transaction execution
  • Experience in capital raising and financial structuring
  • Corporate finance and valuation expertise
