Its 8:30 AM in Launceston CBD, and you're stepping into a creative hub where every project you touch shapes the future of Tasmanian architecture. As the Senior Architect at CADD Alliance Group, you're not just designing spaces youre building a legacy in a city celebrated for its charm and rapid growth.

In your first few weeks, you'll immerse yourself in a collaborative team culture, spearheading commercial projects while mentoring the next generation of design professionals. Youll have the freedom to showcase your expertise in ARCHICAD, turning client visions into practical, breathtaking designs that leave a lasting impact.

But this isnt just about drafting blueprints.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading projects from concept to completion, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. With a potential equity stake after probation, your contribution is valued not just today but for the future of the business.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized commercial architectural projects across Tasmania.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine their development needs and deliver exceptional designs.
  • Develop detailed and precise design drawings using ARCHICAD.
  • Coordinate planning and building approvals, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
  • Travel statewide as required to oversee projects and meet clients.

What You Bring:

  • 310 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
  • Registered architect or in the process of registration.
  • Advanced proficiency in ARCHICAD.
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in CAD/BIM management and contract administration (desirable but not essential).
