Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Shahrah e Faisal
Salary: 50k to 60K
Responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Managing the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
Providing regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipeline, recruiting metrics, and market trends.
Collaborating with HR colleagues to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
