Main Objectives:

  • Primarily focused on the design and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum in data analytics, with an emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
  • Facilitate engaging learning and training activities for diverse groups of learners.
  • Provide support and assistance to the senior trainer in various training-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Design:

    • Develop a detailed curriculum for data analytics training, prioritizing Excel and Power BI while integrating elements of SQL Server, Python, and Tableau.
    • Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current industry standards and effectively addresses the learning needs of participants.
    • Regularly update the curriculum to incorporate new tools, features, and best practices in data analytics.
  2. Learning and Training Activities:

    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars that are engaging, informative, and tailored to the skill levels of participants.
    • Design and implement practical exercises, case studies, and projects that enable learners to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to cater to different learning styles and maximize learner engagement.
  3. Assistance to Senior Trainer:

    • Collaborate with the senior trainer to plan and execute training sessions.
    • Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and resources.
    • Provide support during training sessions, including managing logistics, facilitating group activities, and addressing learner queries.
  4. Learner Support and Feedback:

    • Offer personalized support to learners, assisting them in overcoming challenges and understanding complex concepts.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve the training process and content.
  5. Professional Development:

    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in data analytics tools and techniques.
    • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance personal training skills and technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge and experience in Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with SQL Server, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Experience in curriculum design and training, preferably in a data analytics context.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a senior trainer and contribute positively to the training team.
