Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence to appropriate parties.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain office supplies and equipment and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
