E-Commerce Manager Position
Role Overview:
Oversee the quality and compliance of product listings across online platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Wish.
Enhance product visibility, improve conversion rates, mitigate risks of listing suppression, and audit purchase and return quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Audits:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Verify accuracy of product information, categorization, attributes, and descriptions.
Optimize keyword usage for better visibility.
Ensure high-quality images and enhanced content comply with platform standards.
Analyze pricing strategies and conduct competitive analysis.
Address negative reviews and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conversion Rate and Sales Optimization:
Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales.
Provide insights based on audits to enhance listings and performance.
Monitor and suggest improvements for better rankings and increased sales.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify and address risks of listing suppression or suspension.
Ensure adherence to platform guidelines to avoid penalties and maintain visibility.
Purchase and Returns Quality Auditing:
Audit purchase and return quality to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Analyze return reasons and purchase discrepancies to improve processes.
Implement processes to streamline returns and enhance the purchase experience.
Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitors to improve product positioning.
Provide recommendations for better market positioning and competitive advantage.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, suggestions, and next steps.
Maintain accurate records of audits, changes, and improvements.
Support and Training:
Provide support and training on quality standards and best practices.
Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or quality auditing.
Strong understanding of online retail platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wish, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in auditing tools and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Experience in purchase and returns quality auditing.
Other Details:
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Shift Timings: 6 pm - 3 am (Saturday: 6 pm - 11 pm)
Location: Karachi
Job Offerings:
Salary Package: Rs.80,000 - Rs.120,000
