Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and Develop: Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end users.
- Manage and Strengthen Relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Present and Promote: Dynamically showcase the company's products and services in a convincing and engaging manner.
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client's needs and offering tailored solutions.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your territory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
