AI & AUTOMATION COORDINATOR (FT)

Are you curious about AI, automation and smarter ways of working? We're looking for a young, creative and hands-on problem solver who enjoys using technology to make work easier, faster and smarter.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify repetitive tasks and find ways to automate them.

- Build AI workflows, assistants and automated processes.

- Connect different systems and applications.

- Create automated reports and dashboards for management.

- Use AI to analyze operational information and identify trends or unusual results.

- Explore and test new AI tools and technologies.

- Help different hotel departments use AI effectively.

- Train employees and managers on practical AI solutions.

- Ensure that solutions are secure, practical and easy to use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- A strong interest in AI, automation and technology.

- Curious, creative and eager to learn.

- Hands-on mindset with a let's figure it out attitude.

- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate is a plus.

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Excel, Power BI or system integrations is an advantage.

- Able to understand business processes and turn ideas into practical solutions.

- Good communication skills and able to explain technology in simple terms.

- Strong attention to privacy and data security.

- Good command of English. Dutch and/or Papiamentu is a plus.

- Hospitality experience is not required.

You don't need to know everything already. We're looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn and excited to build things that actually make a difference.
