Junior Finance Controller (M/F/X)

Helion Helicopters is looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join its Finance team in Athens.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will contribute to financial closing, cost control, cash flow management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with our external accounting provider and internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
Support and monitor the monthly financial closing process
Prepare accruals, reconciliations and supporting schedules
Contribute to compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS
Monitor and analyse OPEX and CAPEX and investigate budget variances
Maintain cash flow forecasts and support liquidity planning
Prepare management reports, financial analyses and KPIs
Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
Contribute to stronger financial processes and internal controls

Your profile
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
💼 Minimum 3 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience
📊 Advanced Excel skills
📚 Knowledge of Greek GAAP and IFRS
💻 ERP experience is an advantage
🔎 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
🤝 Collaborative, organised and accountable

🇬🇧 English: Fluent
🇫🇷 French: An asset
