Operations Officer (M/F/X)

Helion Helicopters Greece is seeking an Operations Officer (M/F/X) to join our team in Athens, Greece.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aviation professional looking to develop expertise across operations, engineering, compliance, safety, and project management within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

About the role

• Support aircraft operations and maintenance projects
• Perform aircraft performance studies and technical analyses
• Develop operational procedures and technical documentation
• Coordinate aircraft and crew readiness for missions
• Support EASA regulatory compliance and Safety Management System (SMS) activities
• Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Collaborate with experts across the SAF Aerogroup network on international projects
• Contribute to business development initiatives and continuous operational improvement

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Air Transport Management, or a related aviation field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of aircraft performance and aviation regulations
• Interest in compliance, safety management, and quality systems
• Fluent English (required)
• Greek and/or French is a strong advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
