Summary
A growing national provider of live event production and audiovisual services is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand its client base and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on proactively generating new business opportunities within corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and related industries. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and strategic sales professional who excels at prospecting, developing pipelines, and securing new clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the live event production and audiovisual services market
  • Develop and expand relationships with corporations, associations, agencies, meeting planners, and event organizers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and outreach efforts
  • Generate revenue by closing new event production engagements and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of secured projects
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to support repeat business and strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition with a track record of generating new revenue
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities
