About Our Customer

Our client is a leading marketplace for authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and luxury accessories — known for bringing transparency and data to the secondary market. They're looking for a retail streetwear associate to join their Soho store team: someone who delivers exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Work Hours: Sunday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Background Screening is Required

What You'll Do

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Deliver high-level service and attention to every customer
• Maintain strong knowledge of the brand to communicate effectively with customers
• Build and foster relationships with new and repeat customers
• Explain the buying/selling process 
• Support a positive team environment
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Assist with operations and visual merchandising as needed

What You Need to Qualify

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of retail or fashion customer service experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable in fast paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong communication, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google drive

Physical Activities & Requirements

• Standing and walking during the workday
