Talent Acquisition Specialist

AV Group is a leading offshore outsourcing agency specializing in tech recruitment. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our various clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with the client brief.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Previous experience in tech recruitment would be a bonus
