Job Description:
Position : Administrative Assistant
Job Duration : Permanent, Full-time
Brief description of Company : To be discussed during initial interviews
Hours Required : Australian business hours based upon the time zone of the client, it will be from 9AM to 6PM Sydney Time Monday to Friday. This is a full-time permanent contract, and we are not able to accommodate someone who does VA work for other clients.
Description of Job Position : This role is providing administrative support to Small-Medium businesses. Your primary duties will include managing office communications, organizing schedules, maintaining files, and assisting with basic office tasks to help keep operations efficient and organized.
Basic Monthly Salary : Dependent on current experience with potential increase upon regularization and a yearly salary review. Included HMO, Government Benefits and 13th Month Pay.
Location : Home-based, must have a dedicated workspace and must be located within the following areas:
National Capital Region / Greater Manila Area
Central Luzon and Nearby Areas
Cebu City
Qualifications and/or experience required or preferred : Your most recent employment must be administration of some type, and we are looking for at least 3 years of experience as an administrator. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working for Australian, UK or US companies is favourable.
For applicants with BPO experience : We will look into your current skills/proficiency and accounts that you have worked with. Tenure and Role in the BPO industry is taken into consideration but does not fully determine your starting package.
Type of person you are looking for : A mature individual, who is able to take direction well and has demonstrated experience learning and working autonomously (remote working). The Answer is Ball. They are also proactive, efficient with a strong attention to detail and customer service-focused.

General administrative duties as directed by management
Reporting
Use of client platforms
Processing relevant data
Maintaining detailed records
Data entry
Technical requirements :
- Typing speed of at least 40wpm with higher than 95% accuracy
- Reliable internet and connectivity, we may also require back up/redundancy depending on location
A photo of your workspace is required
Proficiency in tools and software (including but not limited to) :
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams)
Google Workspace
Abobe Acrobat
Slack
Zoom
- CRMs such as Salesforce, Monday.com and Zoho would be highly regarded
Technical/communication testing will be conducted during the hiring process
