Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate extrusion lines and maintain safe, efficient production.
  • Monitor utilities and equipment performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and packaging of materials.
  • Load raw materials into feedstock vessels.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and cleaning to prevent contamination.
  • Transport and palletize finished goods using manual labor and forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
  • Physically able to:
    • Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
    • Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
    • Work rotating shifts (days/nights) and extended hours
  • PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes and gloves (provided: safety glasses, vests, etc.)
