Job Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion lines and maintain safe, efficient production.
- Monitor utilities and equipment performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and packaging of materials.
- Load raw materials into feedstock vessels.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and cleaning to prevent contamination.
- Transport and palletize finished goods using manual labor and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
- Physically able to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Work rotating shifts (days/nights) and extended hours
- PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes and gloves (provided: safety glasses, vests, etc.)
