About the Role Autonomy Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for those with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience who are comfortable in a loud, industrial setting.

Shift Options

• Swing: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM or 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Schedules may run 12 days on / 2 days off, or Monday–Friday (5x10s)
• Must be open to up to 10-hour shifts and day-shift training if needed

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues quickly and efficiently
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production uptime and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What You Need

• Mechanical and troubleshooting experience required
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong problem-solving skills; reliable and consistent with schedule
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
