Resident Manager

 Job Description:

All V-cycle software support at the OEM and become the voice of the customer for  the Design ^ development team, which include:

  • Specification discussion with the OEM
  • Validation support at the OEM
  • Field failure part analysis support at the OEM
  • Good Cross functional team communication.
  • Managing the Resident engineer's team

OEM interface.

  • The candidate should be able to interface with the OEM D&D team to support all V-cycle product development and collect OEM concerns and data. The candidate should also be able to present D&D feedback and status to the customer.

Validation support and bug analysis

  • To participate to the validation events at the OEM side. To support the product testing, to collect the log of the product for bug analysis and to collect and analyze following the Valeo D&D process part analysis procedure and respecting the timing commitment from Customer.

Field failure part analysis with Customer

  • Technically analyze the field parts with the support of the D&D team and present the analysis status to the OEM.

Good Cross functional team communication.

  • Customer feedback and technical analysis feedback should be able to communication different team in the organization and able to bring the solution from them.

Managing the resident engineers' team

  • Build competency and career plan, including training plan following business and company targets and employees' expectations.
