About the role
Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the business as required and actively seeks solutions to problems before being asked or directed. Presentation of a professional image in line with company expectations to ensure efficient and courteous service to internal and external clients.
Key objectives & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Filing of online leave and overtime application of employees thru NPAX system and assist employees without computer access
- Update Attendance & Tardiness Report on a daily basis
- Prepare and collects Overtime request forms
- Assists Production Support In-Charge in conducting Inventory of Tools issued to Supervisor, Coordinator & Manager
- Assist Department Leaders in preparation of employee notices and skills assessment. Interact with Employees with the information needed.
Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:
Essential
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Computer literate –Microsoft word, Power Point and Excel
Desirable
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data encoding
