Engineering Support

About the role

Engineering Support is accountable for ensuring that the engineering production team have access to the suitable equipment, facilities and documentation required to perform their work. The engineering support will maintain control over the supply and distribution of materials and provide each worker with the necessary tools, PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), workspace and certification. This will ensure the worker is able to complete work on time, in full, to standard.

Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:

• Organise and maintain the flow of materials and equipment from the supply chain to the engineering department.
• Distribute equipment and materials to the necessary workers to allow work to be completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain the organization of the warehouse and stores.
• Provide the correct forms and documentation to workers
• Adhere to all the company policies
• Ensures proper handling of materials and equipment use.
