QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Location: West
Basic salary: S$4000-5000
Working days: Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality System & Audits: Act as Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001; lead internal/external quality audits and maintain system documentation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports; track and analyze key metrics (NCR status, DPPM, FA/NPI First Pass Yield).
• FA / NPI Planning: Coordinate quality requirements for new products (NPI/FA); establish Quality Control Plans and CMM inspection programs.
• Customer & Supplier Quality: Manage customer feedback, ECN, and NCRs; drive timely corrective actions and escalate major quality issues.
• Calibration Control: Oversee the calibration schedule and records of all measuring instruments and equipment.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or above in Precision Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in manufacturing/precision engineering environments; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor cert or MR experience is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in quality reporting, FA/NPI processes, and CMM inspection.
