Job Description:
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Address customer inquiries, follow up promptly, and deliver suitable solutions.
- Review customer requests and prepare accurate sales quotations.
- Regularly update clients on project progress in a timely manner.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports; conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs).
- Coordinate sales activities between the factory and overseas offices.
- Collaborate with customers to finalize technical specifications.
- Perform detailed contract reviews with clients before confirming sales orders.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive sales order details are communicated to engineering and production teams.
- Prepare detailed job sheets including client requirements.
- Assist the team in creating marketing, sales, and presentation materials.
- Share market forecasts with the team and contribute to market analysis activities.
- Be open to traveling when required.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in presentation and sales/CRM tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-E).
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings.
