Job Scope:

· Maintain and update the planned preventive maintenance schedule.

· Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for office facilities and maintenance needs, oversee office renovation projects.

· Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in facilities services.

· Manage general office tasks, including annual cleaning services.

· Coordinate Fire safety exercise in partnership with Building Management.

· Support Production teams with facilities maintenance.

· Handle quarterly and yearly renewals of essential building permits.

· Ensure the accuracy of facilities management documentation and records.

· Provide other administrative tasks for office operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
  • Proficient in MS Office software
