Position: E-Commerce Assistant

Location: Kaki Bukit

Industry: Electrical Appliances

Salary:

  • Fresh Graduates: $1,800
  • With Relevant Experience: $2,200 - $2,500

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • 5.5-day work week
  • Sundays & Public Holidays off
  • Overtime pay provided 
  • Year end Bonus, 13months AWS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online order fulfillment across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)
  • Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and customer returns
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups with third-party logistics providers
  • Monitor inventory levels to meet sales forecasts
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
  • Perform accurate data entry into company systems and databases
  • Provide basic training when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Certificate or Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
