About the job Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients, managing orders and inquiries from start to finish.
- Oversee distributor relations, focusing on procurement and customer service.
- Prepare quotations and necessary documentation to customers.
- Keep updating pricing data & order status for clients reference.
- Collaborate with clients/logistics forwarders/ and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries shortly.
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, warehouse, engineers) to resolve customer issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Works well under pressure
