About the job Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients, managing orders and inquiries from start to finish.
  • Oversee distributor relations, focusing on procurement and customer service.
  • Prepare quotations and necessary documentation to customers.
  • Keep updating pricing data & order status for clients reference.
  • Collaborate with clients/logistics forwarders/ and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer inquiries shortly.
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, warehouse, engineers) to resolve customer issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure
