Deep Hole Drilling [5 days, Oil and gas, Tuas]

Oil and Gas Manufacture company looking for Deep Hole Drilling

Location: Tuas Singapore
Job Type: Permanent
Working Days: 5 days/week
Shift: Rotating day & night shift, approximately 1 month each

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machining equipment, mainly Deep Hole Drilling
• Perform simple CNC programming where required
• Read and follow technical drawings and routing sheets
• Check raw materials and machine dimensions before production
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometer, caliper, bore gauge and profile projector
• Monitor machining quality and ensure dimensions meet customer requirements
• Record inspection and production results
• Report any defects or non-conformance to the Production Manager
• Maintain machines, tools and inspection equipment properly
• Follow workplace safety, quality procedures and 5S requirements
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area

Requirements

• NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant machining experience
• Able to operate Fanuc controller
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments
• Experience in Deep Hole Drilling will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Basic $1600-$2000
• Meal allowance: $4/day when working full shift
• Transport allowance: $110
• OT: 1.5-2 times
• House allowance: $250-$600
