    • Monitor client usage and success metrics.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer support is a plus.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Graduated with a bachelor degree.
    • Pharma background is an advantage.- Fresh graduates are welcome.
