The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and litigation, with 2-3 years of experience in the legal field. As a Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial law and litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
