Aumet, the leading B2B healthcare solutions provider, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success officer to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with customers to address needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for added value.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the support team to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track customer metrics and usage to identify risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and provide insights to the development and support teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities to upsell additional features/services and manage contract renewals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success officer, Account Manager, or in a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for customer growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value and building trust.
