About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Entry & Strategy Development:

· Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends in France.

· Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the French market.

· Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to support market entry and growth.

Business Development:

· Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors in France.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

· Generate and qualify leads through networking, events, and market outreach.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

· Present the companys value proposition, products, and services to prospective clients.

· Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Localization & Collaboration:

· Adapt marketing materials, sales pitches, and strategies to suit the French culture and market preferences.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align on goals and deliver seamless client experiences.

Reporting & Insights:

· Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

· Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development efforts to senior management.

· Offer actionable insights to refine strategies and improve market penetration.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably with exposure to the French market.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of five years of experience
  • Proven experience in sales in healthcare sectors in France.
  • Proven experience in working with Startups is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated, and results-driven with entrepreneur mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in French and English languages.
