About the job Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage client accounts and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless order processing, and improving account performance in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily stock and quota updates are accurately uploaded to meet each distributors requirements.
- Oversee timely and precise order processing, minimizing delays and cancellations.
- Actively resolve on-hold orders and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze order cancellation trends and implement strategies to improve fulfillment rates.
- Regularly track account health, preparing reports on key metrics and performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement, driving long-term client success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Resides in Cairo.
- Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in processing orders and managing account data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and find practical solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to account management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues when necessary.
