Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, performance).
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Triage, log, and track defects in Jira; verify fixes and perform regression checks.
• Participate in release readiness reviews, risk assessments, and deployment validations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of QA experience, preferably testing ERP or largescale business applications.
• Handson with testing methodologies: functional, regression, smoke, UAT, etc.
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases; keen attention to edge cases.
• Familiarity with at least one testautomation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Robot).
• Proficient with SQL for data validation.
• Automation tools like cypress, playwright, selenium is PLUS
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured).
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Performance/load testing (JMeter, Gatling).
• ERP domain knowledgefinance, procurement, inventory or manufacturing modules.
