As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team in Cairo or Alexandria.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building events and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Talent Development:
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and contribute to their career growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Policy Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, minimum of two years.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of ER, and how to handle employee complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Can-do attitude
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
