HR Officer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team in Cairo or Alexandria.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies.

Employee Engagement:

• Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building events and initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Talent Development:

• Implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and contribute to their career growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Policy Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, minimum of two years.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of ER, and how to handle employee complaints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Can-do attitude 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
