Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Team Lead to oversee and manage the successful delivery of our system implementation projects. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the implementation team to achieve project goals.

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team accountability for deliverables.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to drive performance and innovation.

2. Project Planning and Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize project delays or disruptions.

3. Client Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

  • Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure their successful execution.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

4. System Implementation and Configuration

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of systems to meet client needs.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards during implementations.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure system readiness.

5. Training and Documentation

  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for clients and end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including project reports, user manuals, and training materials.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze project outcomes and gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize future implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in system implementation or project management, with a proven track record of leading teams.

  • Experience in ERP systems or related software is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during implementation.

  • Technical knowledge of system integrations, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
