Job Description:

We are looking for an active, dynamic People &Culture Manager to join Aumet Family. To be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization. Dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees can thrive and grow. You will be responsible to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, shaping and promoting a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

2. Talent Management & Development:

  • Develop and implement talent management programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Create career development plans and opportunities for employee growth.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process and bonus programs.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

5. Culture & Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

6. Company Structure and Restructure:

  • Lead organizational design and restructuring efforts to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between company structure and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Motivated, dynamic and had worked or familiar with Startup environment and business needs.
