Key Responsibilities

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive and values-driven workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Design and implement engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that company values are reflected in everyday operations.

Talent Development & Growth

  • Support onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated.
  • Assist in developing learning and development programs that promote career growth.
  • Work with teams to identify skill gaps and recommend training opportunities.

Performance & Employee Experience

  • Support performance management processes, ensuring continuous feedback and professional development.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee experience and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Provide guidance on policies, career development, and personal growth within the company.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Promote an inclusive work environment through DEI initiatives and best practices.
  • Support programs that encourage diverse perspectives and equal opportunities for all employees.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and employee engagement data.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies to align with company goals and values.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
