Job Purpose:
To coordinate with COMPANYs Contract Coordinator and/or COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE to achieve and optimize all activities related to the Maintenance and General Services including the planned shutdown period. He/She shall prepare and provide information and ensures that activities are executed within the operational and safety regulations. He/She shall be responsible for manpower planning & recruitment, Individual KPI Set up & Monitoring, training, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit administration, and employee relations for local staff.
Required Competencies
- Good knowledge/experience in the maintenance contract management Good analytical and planning / scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents and drawings
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC Standards, i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Have proven strong man-management and communication skills
- Good leadership with high responsibility
- Capable to handle excellently, the pressure from internal and external parties, Good awareness with wide experiences in SSHE aspects
- Customer-service oriented
- Maintenance reporting
- Good on Microsoft office, specially Excel and Access
- Private car driving license (> 2 Years)
