Experience & Qualifications

Onshore Field Planner is responsible to issue and update Onshore Site Operation Activates Planning in coordination
with Site Personnel and Yangon Planning and Methods Engineers. The job holder works closely with onshore
management for planning, budgetary matters and with staff from all onshore disciplines (maintenance, safety,
production, logistics and road maintenance) for exchange of information and coordination. He/She plans and prepares
maintenance and inspection work orders for both routine operations and major shutdowns. He/She produces onshore
maintenance and inspection KPIs in coordination with Yangon maintenance and inspection methods sections. He/She
administers onshore requests for modification (RFMs) in coordination with site personnel and Yangon engineers.
He/She prepares and updates daily activities, modification progress for 4 weeks look ahead planning and
implementation.

Contribute to the respect of SSHE on and around the onshore installations following local and Company rules &
regulations and ISO 14001. Promotes accurate reporting and feedback, involves, and motivates all personnel on Nearmisses
safety anomaly and incidents reporting, exemplarities SSHE behavior and compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Issue and update onshore operations planning and periodic maintenance and inspection planning.
  • Develop and upkeep integrity of the databases, validity of data recorded in them.
  • Upkeep and update company technical documentation.
  • Perform basic analyses and reporting for the purpose of maintenance and inspection performance monitoring and
    budgetary reviews as well as provision of valuable data to colleagues as required in their areas of responsibility.
  • Plan, schedule and issue PLC/MS Site Operation Activities Planning covering all multidisciplinary onshore activities
    and take into account of availability of resources, production windows and prevailing constraints.
  • Assist Site Manager in cost control matters and use of correct cost accounts in purchase requisitions in liaison with
    cost controller.
  • Liaise with Yangon Operations Planning Engineer for updating of the activities with respect to the Operation
    Divisions 6 weeks look ahead planning including POB, and to follow up modification progress and to update 4 weeks
    look ahead planning and implementation.
  • Administer onshore requests for modifications controls MRF chronology, keeps records, updates modification action
    list in liaison with Yangon operations planning engineer.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and follows up for the approvals and assists other users in requisition processing.
  • Follow up purchase order processing for purchase requisitions issued, updates ETAs for the materials.
  • Optimize usage of SALSA and other computerized applications.
  • Verifies SALSA Material Master Database to ensure availability of materials are as specified and organizes for
    updates as required in coordination with onshore and Yangon specialists.
  • Ensure that SALSA pyramid is accurate and up to date in order to provide reliable maintenance and inspection
    equipment database.
  • Follow up work orders for execution and completion in SALSA in shortest time.
  • Ensures periodic reports generated directly from SALSA and D7i CMMS are as per requirements of the company
    rules and as requested by Site Manager and Pipeline Superintendence.
  • Maintain the archive room and organizes CIMAGE updating of Production, Maintenance and Inspection producers,
    MRFs, etc. in liaison with Yangon methods specialists and PMS Documentation section.
  • Follow up acquisition of materials and external resources required for execution of jobs.
  • Works closely with stock controller and TADM (Technical Administrators) at Yangon for stock reservation, stock
    optimization, dead stock clearance.
  • Performs other similar or related duties in the area of responsibilities as assigned by the hierarchy.
  • Maintaining good relationship and effective coordination with personnel from related departments.

Professional Knowledge and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree
  • About five years professional experience in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Good knowledge of office computers including good practice of the standard software.
  • Good knowledge of highly developed computerized data management systems.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
