Job Purpose:

To plan and schedule for the execution of the Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance programs of the surface equipment installed on offshore platforms/facilities as well as onshore facilities. He / She shall also be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the COMPANYs Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), i.e. SAP.

To plan and schedule for the inspection of Lifting equipment, stationary and mobile cranes, color-coded sling installed on offshore platforms/facilities as well as on onshore at PSB. He / She shall be responsible for the

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan preventive/predictive maintenance schedules (routine maintenance tasks) in conjunction with COMPANYs personnel Input and maintain the accuracy and integrity of equipment maintenance records into COMPANYs
• Ensure that all data are updated and provide a suitable information base,
• Control and follow up on the routine administrative paperwork involved with

COMPANYs SAP, such as time sheets, work orders, and etc.

• Generate management report in text and graphic mode that reflect maintenance of machinery segregated into disciplines, work types including major equipment reliability, availability and use factor statistic to CMMS and planner
• Compile and generate offshore/onshore maintenance campaigns look ahead plan / inspection
• Optimize the planning / scheduling of preventive maintenance routine of equipment and machinery as well as ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with COMPANYs SSHE operating procedures,
• Maximizing equipment reliability through using planned maintenance most effectively,
• Ensure that all data contained in COMPANYs CMMS are accurate and reliable and timely up-to-date.

Required Competencies :

Good knowledge/experience in the use of CMMS program (SAP only),

• Good analytical and planning / scheduling skills,
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents and drawings,

Basic knowledge of QA/QC Standards, i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001,

Have proven strong man-management and communication skills,

Good leadership with high responsibility,

Customer-service oriented,

Maintenance reporting,

Professional Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in engineering or related fields or having COMPANYs recommendation from previous CONTRACT,
• Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management environment, planning and scheduling, preferably offshore or having COMPANYs recommendation from previous CONTRACT,
• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical and instrument in oil & gas industry,
• Good computer skills and familiar with SAP program in Plant and Maintenance Module (PM Module)
• TOEIC 600 or Equivalent certification (If not possessive the certificate, Contractor shall commit to submit before contract commencement date.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
