Job Purpose:

As the Electrical and Instrument skilled technician, he/she shall carry out activities related to the Maintenance Service both routine and ad-hoc to complete within timeframe with compliance to COMPANYs Standard and SSHE Policy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive work orders (maintenance job cards) from SUPERVISOR and carry out works (preventive maintenance and/or corrective maintenance) of surface equipment installed on offshore/onshore facilities as per laid down procedures, schedules and/or instructed by SUPERVISOR, adhering to the plant safety procedures.
  • Check spare parts / materials on hand and report any shortage to SUPERVISOR for further action..
  • Reporting of any abnormal events or malfunction detected to SUPERVISOR to ensure proper actions are taken in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of the equipment / plants.
  • Follow instructions of Zawtika E&I supervisors to support any maintenance and operation activities as required.
  • (Maintenance) Ensure that preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, routine and non-routine works are accurately and efficiently done within time frame,
  • Ensure that the works carried out, are of the highest levels of quality,
  • Ensure that tools and equipment at work site are kept in good working conditions,
  • Ensure good cooperation and strong relationships with team members, COMPANYs personnel, various external parties and communities to contribute smooth operation and good working environment,
  • Comply with COMPANYs Standards, SSHE, Regulations and Laws requirements.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Higher Technical Diploma in , Electrical/Electronic and/or Instrument (Electrical/Instrumental) or related

fields or having COMPANYs recommendation from previous CONTRACT.

  • Minimum 3 years field working experience in maintenance of equipment in Offshore Oil and Gas industry or similar.
  • Possess a valid BOSIET/T-BOSIET with CA-EBS certificate from a recognized training provider.
  • Good knowledge and experience on P&ID, Loop diagram, Termination drawing,
  • Capable to perform instrument calibration for Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level transmitters and perform function test control valve and on-off valve,
  • Swagelok Fitting and tubing or on the job experience,
  • Basic hydraulic and pneumatic operation system or on the job experience,
  • Electrical safety training/ electrical isolator training or on the job experience,
  • Fairly command of written and spoken English,
  • Moderate physical effort of standing, walking, climbing for 50% of work time.
