Experience & Qualifications

- Develop and implement Life of Field regional strategies for ROV operations, tooling/inventory management, and new
technologies working with stakeholders, ensuring long term sustainable set up for the region, including development
of necessary skills and behaviors with an agile mindset.
- Deliver standard supplier performance management for Life of field scopes, including maintaining relationships with
suppliers, improving cost and efficiency.
- Prepare and actively manage budgets and costs for Life of Field scope with contractors.
- Ensure an appropriate risk management and mitigation planning.
- Competent in risk management, management of change, and supporting root cause failure analysis.
- Actively participate in applicable HAZIDS, HAZOP, and risk assessments.
- Conduct condition monitoring, diagnostics, and resolution of operational issues for Subsea Systems.
- Work closely with the Subsea Technical Authority to steward plans and procedures for subsea interventions and
offshore execution activities.
- Incorporate lessons learned and standard methodologies from the Company and Industry.
- Must be willing and able to travel to offshore facilities and vessel as required.

POSITION RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- 7+ years of industry experience with an understanding of Subsea Operations fundamental
- Experience with ROV operations
- Knowledgeable of the various types of equipment within a subsea infrastructure
- Regional operating experience in subsea engineering desired
- Demonstrated ability to network and influence across organizational boundaries
- Should be able to do faultfinding and be a problem solver.
- Understanding of best practice, standards, relevant regulations.
- Generalized understanding of integrity, maintenance, and repair activities for a subsea system.
- Awareness of the interdependencies between the subsea system and the topsides production utilities.
- Skilled in reading and utilizing technical drawing commonly used in process operations: P&ID's, simplified flow
diagrams, block diagrams, logic diagrams, isometric drawings, equipment specific diagrams, and electrical diagrams.

- BS degree in Engineering
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Team leadership and high safety standards
- Strong personal and interpersonal skills and culturally aware.
